Mario Lemieux made offer to buy Pirates

Its being reported that Mario Lemieux and Ron Burkle made a face to face offer to Bob Nutting to purchase the Pirates, about 4 months ago. They didnt receive an answer, and Nutting has said over and over the team isnt for sale.
